As new professionals enter the workforce and make more tangible contribution to companies and societies, it is as important for them to learn from their seniors as it is for the elders to learn from them.  This is a mini-study about the next generation of professionals with probing questions such as what skills do they perceive to be more important, how important is work as compared with other aspects of life, do they prefer to work in more predictive fashion or agile, and how to do they communication now versus five years from now. These and other probing questions will help all of us better understand each other.  For this new group professionals, it will be enriching to see the preferences of others in their generation.  For employers and senior professionals, these are the people who you will need to train, mentor, coach, and immerse into the world of work.
