PMO Advisory is a management consulting firm and a PMI Authorized Training Provider (PMI ATP) offering. We are “one-inch wide” (e.g. project, program, and portfolio management and strategic business execution) and “one-foot deep” (specializing in helping organizations and professionals to achieve execution excellence). We have three lines of business: training, consulting, and project management. Unlike most company, we strive to provide best-in-class service at a highly competitive rate by combining knowledge with practical application that delivers results.
On training, we offer an extensive collection of project management training across project, program, and portfolio management. We also offer certification bootcamps including Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)®, Program Management Professional (PgMP)®, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)®, Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM).
On consulting, we have a wide range offering from advisory to leading project delivery. From organizing for project initiations, including kick-offs, to project capability evaluations. Over the past decade, we developed a strong specialty in helping non-profit organizations to achieve greater business success.
Lastly, we also organize specialized project management summits. In 2026, we offer five summits, each being 4 hours from 11 AM (New York) to 3 PM. These summits are always free for educators and students (with *.edu emails) and selective summits are also free for nonprofit professionals (with *.org emails). The topics include:

He also served on multiple core standard teams with PMI (Portfolio Management and Risk Management).
