The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a certification offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) that is designed for individuals who are new to project management or those who are looking to gain a basic understanding of the field. The CAPM certification training covers the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to be an effective project team member, including project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and communications management.

Portfolio Management Summit
As the inaugural event, the theme of this summit is “Making Project Portfolio Management Work: Current and Emerging Practices”. The main focus will be on sharing good practices, currently being implemented by portfolio management professionals around the world. In addition to gaining new insights, each of the sessions will also provide practical tips and tools to aid in the implementation of these concepts.

The concept and drive toward Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) has now embedded in the public consciousness, at least with the enlightened professionals. The necessity for awareness and attention to equality and rights development around the world is a foundational human right. DEI is a set of terms used mainly in the workplace to guide policies and programs, to inform leadership and employees on equal representation, compensation and opportunity regardless of race, creed, disability status, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, personality, geographical location and an array of characteristic differences. As the fear of pandemic subsides, we are planning to offer two classroom courses in 2023 at our new office in Northern New Jersey. The first course in June will be for the Portfolio Management Porfessional (PfMP) followed by the Program Management Professional (PgMP) in September.
