Project Management Training

PMO Advisory is one of the few PMI Registered Education Provider (PMI R.E.P. #4172) that offers training across much of the project management arena including project, program, portfolio risk, agile management, as well as project management office (PMO), organization change management (OCM), and strategic business execution (SBE). We are also developing our latest program for “Chief Project Officers”.

These training programs are designed for project management professionals at all levels, from the entry-level to advanced practitioners and PM executives in program and portfolio management. Unlike the PMI Certification bootcamps, the emphasis of these courses is on knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, and synthesis.  

Even though we offer some essential and fundamental courses are open to the public, most of these courses are for organizations seeking to improve their project management and strategic business execution capabilities. We can also configure, tailor, or even create completely custom courses for your organizations.  

Furthermore, our courses are offered in four modes of delivery:

  • Traditional Classroom & Onsite Solution – Delivered in real-time and in person to maximize interaction; generally considered to be the most effective learning environment

  • Live Virtual Solution – Delivered in real-time using internet technology, live-virtual instructor-led learning provides a balanced approach to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility

  • eLearning Solution – Delivered asynchronously, eLearning is gaining popularity for both its flexibility and efficiency, allowing you to learn on your own at your own pace

  • Blended Solution – To optimize learning, all the above approaches can be “blended” to develop the best combination for your teams
