About the Mini-Summit
The main purpose of this mini-summit is to highlight both the challenges and opportunities of implementing projects in non-profit organizations (NPOs). With our deep experiences of working with NPO on a wide range of projects (such as process improvement, system implementation, establishing PM methodology, creating and leading PMOs), we have tackled many unique situations.
