Important Information:

  • PgMP Exam Simulator – You have access to exams in 2 modes – Flexible and Exam. In Flexible, you can choose up to 50 questions with unlimited time. In Exam mode, you are taking a simulated 170 question exam in 4 hours.
  • Course / Certification Questions – Use this form to submit questions related to the certification / course
  • PMI PgMP Certification Resources – Additional PMI resources including Handbook, Examination Content Outline (ECO), Exam Guidance, and Reference List
  • PMI Lexicon – Download the latest PMI lexicon of project management terms for free. Membership or registration with PMI is required.
  • PgMP Bootcamp materials (Secured: Passwords are emailed to our training participants).
    • PMO Advisory PgMP Exam Aid – This document is a suggested exam aid designed for “brain dump” on the day of the exam. It contains important formulas, including financial and earned value, that you should remember for the exam. We highly encourage our training participants to create their own exam aids tailored for their learning style and needs.
    • Program Benefits Realization Plan Template– This is our sample template for developing a benefits realization plan (10 pages)
    • Program Governance Plan Template – This is our sample template for planning the program-wide governance, which is essential for program success.
  • PgMP Pre-Recorded Session (Secured)
    • Avail for our PgMP Bootcamp, Intelicamp, and pre-recorded customers

  • Application Review – Use this form to submit your application for review. This form is only for customers who purchased the additional service of full review of their application. For our executive review that comes standard for our Live Virtual and Classroom bootcamps, you can simply email your application, preferably in Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word format, to training@pmoadvisory.com.

Certificate of Completion

For those who completed our course and wish to request a Certificate of Completion, please complete this form.

 

Claiming Professional Development Units (PDUs)

To claim the appropriate PDU for the course, please following the procedure below:

  1. Go to https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim and login-in.  Or go to PMI.org, log-in, click on “myPMI”
  2. Click on the icon for “PDU Claim Code”. Select “I have a claim code”.
  3. Enter the following claims code:
    • For Bootcamp (Pre-Recorded, Live Virtual or Traditional Classroom): 41728LJRZQ
      • For PDU distribution, this bootcamp is 50% Way of Work (formerly Technical), 25% Power Skills (formerly Leadership), and 25% Business Acumen (formerly Strategic). You need to make the appropriate adjustment (in accordance to PMI’s Code of Ethics)
      • For the Pre-Recorded and Live Virtual Intelicamp, it is generally 6 PDUs for Way of Work, 3 for Power Skills, and 3 for Business Acumen.
      • For the Classroom (2 days), it is generally 7 PDU for Way of Work, 3.5 for Power Skills, and 3.5 for Business Acumen.
      • For other durations, please adjust accordingly. This claims code is designed for up to 32 total PDUs.
    • For practice using the PgMP Exam Simulator: 41721WTEI6
      • For PDU distribution, the PgMP Exam Simulator is up to 4 Way of Work PDU, 1 Power Skills PDU, and 1 Business Acumen PDU.
  4. Complete the rest of the form as appropriate
  5. On rating, we always appreciate a good rating as this is a major source of review and referral
    • If there are any reasons as to why your rating is below five stars, please email us at cert@pmoadvisory.com.
  6. At the bottom of the form, check “I agree this claim is accurate”.
  7. Click “Submit”
